About these terms

These terms govern the use of the Salisa Foundation website and the online scholarship application process. By using the site or submitting an application you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and application

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria set out on each programme's page. Salisa Foundation reserves the right to verify all information submitted and to reject applications containing false or misleading information.

Selection and awards

Selection is on the basis of a merit list followed by counselling. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Any applicable fee is communicated during counselling; applicants should not make any payment before that.

University affiliations

Salisa Foundation is an independent non-profit organisation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any university listed on this site.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logo and marks — is the property of Salisa Foundation or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. Salisa Foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.
