Students who are capable of pursuing their studies but do not, because of their family's financial situation, are part of our nation — and it is the responsibility of our organisation to educate them, to generate better employment opportunities, and to bring happiness to their families.

1. BA (Honours) in selected subjects from a recognised university.
2. Physical and mental development programme.
3. UPSC coaching programme.
4. Study of the Constitution of India, psychology, and the culture of the nation.
5. Ground-level reports and projects for the development of the Indian economy and uplifting living standards.
6. Residential facilities for all selected students.

Coverage: up to 100% scholarship for studies; student pays only the hostel fee.

Track-to-seat mapping inferred from the application form; subject to confirmation.

Students who passed with a high percentage, are on the state or national merit list, and want a career in administrative services.

1. Selection on the basis of the merit list.
2. Preference on the basis of subjects and category.
3. Shortlisted students go to counselling phase 1.
4. Remaining seats: counselling decided after notifying the student by call letter.
